Healing On Wheels!
Healing comes to you.
Healing on Wheels is The Healing Project's mobile food and basic needs delivery program designed to bring essential resources directly to households facing barriers to accessing traditional community services. Through this program, volunteers deliver groceries, hygiene products, baby items, household essentials, and other basic needs directly to eligible families.
Healing on Wheels primarily serves individuals and families experiencing transportation, mobility, health, disability, caregiving, or other barriers that make it difficult to visit food pantries and resource centers in person. Many of the households served include seniors, individuals with disabilities, caregivers, working families, and community members navigating temporary or long-term challenges.
Applications open once each month and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to limited capacity, the program currently serves up to 30 households per month. Once capacity is reached, applications close and reopen for the following month. Individuals must submit a new application each month they wish to be considered for services.
